At Silva & Ore, each piece is meticulously handcrafted and highly customized to meet your unique requirements. Due to the personalized and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any custom orders.

• For larger shipping orders or combination purchases, we may be able to offer lower shipping costs. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss potential discounts and personalized shipping options. We are committed to providing you with the best possible service and savings.
   
• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen.
   
• You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
   
• Silva & Ore is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
